Siria: ¿nuevo plan para derrocar a Al Assad?

La primera afirmación que debe conocerse a nivel mundial es que el Gobierno estadounidense con sus aliados, Francia, Gran Bretaña, Arabia Saudí, entre otros, nunca ha dejado de apoyar a los movimientos contrarrevolucionarios o terroristas que luchan contra gobiernos soberanos. A partir de allí proceden todos los análisis evitando las innumerables equivocaciones al describir subjetivamente o por coyuntura las intenciones de estos países, especialmente al definirlos como democráticos pese a sus acciones en contra de la justicia social y los derechos humanos.
En el caso de Siria, ya se han desarrollado dos etapas claramente delimitadas y se ha pasado a una tercera con el fin de apoderarse o fragmentar el país para consolidar 'zonas seguras' en tanto 'territorios independientes'.
En el primer plan para apropiarse de Siria por parte de las élites transnacionales se aplicó la táctica conocida como 'revolución de colores', entendida como protestas colectivas basadas en reivindicaciones justas para luego convertirse en oposición armada, supuestamente debido a la represión desatada por los 'regímenes' en contra de gente indefensa.
Este paso se desarrolló al pie de la letra, pese a que ocurrió un factor inesperado para las mentes pensantes de la injerencia: el pueblo sirio se unió para defender al Gobierno legítimo y derrotó la intervención extranjera que se pedía por las bandas armadas autodenominadas rebeldes.
Las agencias de Inteligencia pasaron a la segunda fase cual fue la invasión de Siria por parte de Daesh (Estado Islámico) y Al Nusra, organizaciones terroristas estructuradas, con enorme financiación externa y soportados en mercenarios con ideología takfirí.
El aporte estratégico y militar permitió creer que el presidente caería muy pronto. Sin embargo, nuevamente quienes planificaron el caos controlado no aprendieron que un pueblo con la patria como símbolo es capaz de derrotar a cualquier ejército que posea como bandera el asesinato, la debacle y cuyo principio sea la maldad como baluarte.
De ese modo, la respuesta militar de Rusia, Irán, Hezbollá, entre otros, fue tan contundente que falló nuevamente la segunda etapa.
El nuevo plan ingresa ahora en un nivel más agresivo aún que involucrar a Turquía o a la Coalición como puntales del terrorismo, pues se ha pensado en ideas aún más radicales. Este consta de varios elementos. El primero es confrontar a Israel directamente con Siria ya que, desde el inicio del conflicto, el régimen de Tel Aviv ha atacado en diferentes ocasiones sus posiciones militares, en un intento para apoyar a los grupos terroristas ante los avances del Ejército Árabe Sirio. La idea es mantener el caos ocupando el Golán al igual que Palestina.
Otro elemento es recoger el planteamiento de la oposición, conformada por personajes selectos y afectos al Occidente y a bandas ultraviolentas, para ingresar en una opción agresiva legalizada en instituciones internacionales, especialmente la ONU, donde Stefan de Mistura juega un rol definido a favor de construir una forma de asentamientos denominados "zonas seguras", las que se conviertan en territorios que permitan al terrorismo asentarse y dividir la nación.
Cabe recordar que en la resolución 2254 presentada al Consejo de Seguridad de las Naciones Unidas, aprobada unánimemente en diciembre de 2015, se marca el objetivo de establecer una gobernanza viable, incluyente y no sectaria en el país árabe, así como un calendario y un proceso para la redacción de una nueva Constitución, y después la celebración de elecciones libres y justas bajo la supervisión de las Naciones Unidas. Lo delicado es que el tema del terrorismo y la soberanía siria están en último lugar.
Un elemento definitivo es la llegada de otro convoy estadounidense a Siria junto con el establecimiento de una base aérea en una planta de cemento en el noroeste, violando la soberanía y, como fuerzas de ocupación, alimentando el conflicto con los kurdos, el Ejército Libre Sirio y Turquía, basado en el principio del caos como factor que coadyuva a los intereses occidentales.
En un análisis serio no se puede ligar de modo directo la vía diplomática a la militar, pues significaría esperar a que las conversaciones actuales finalicen en un acuerdo, mientras se paraliza la defensa del país, lo que en varias ocasiones anteriores ha llevado a Daesh a fortalecerse junto con los 'rebeldes moderados' (terroristas aliados de la Coalición que han cometido horrorosos crímenes).
Parece ser que la solución sólo se gestará en la medida que el Gobierno sirio consolide su poder en su propio territorio y, a partir de allí, las facciones opositoras tengan que dialogar obligatoriamente y sin poner condición alguna, excepto que el pueblo sea quien decida su propio destino, reconociendo asimismo el papel negativo de la 'oposición' al apoyar a las bandas ultraviolentas.
La transición del poder no es la solución inmediata al problema de Siria, puesto que lo fundamental es la lucha contra el terrorismo y el cese de la lucha contra la sociedad por los 'rebeldes moderados', desde cuya resolución está la clave para lograr la paz en dicha nación.
La tercera fase ha comenzado con una estrategia integrada que involucra a Turquía invadiendo Siria, a Israel agrediendo permanentemente, a la vía diplomática para esgrimir cese al fuego y zonas seguras (dejando de lado el terrorismo de Daesh-Al Nusra), con la invasión estadounidense, más una intensa campaña mediática de desinformación a través de acusaciones falsas ya descubiertas como lo referente a armas químicas, con lo cual se desea poner un punto de más alta confrontación.
Sin embargo, en la medida que el gobierno de Al Assad continúe derrotando militarmente al terrorismo, se podrá consolidar una pacificación que conduzca a la vía política de forma mucho más natural. Sigue siendo este camino el que se ha comprobado como el mayor y más efectivo método para conducir a la integración y unidad de Siria.

The war on Syria has never been a civil war, although there has always been a small minority of Syrians who have engaged in the war, betraying their country to NATO and the Persian Gulf monarchies.
In an interview with Khamenei.ir, Professor Tim Anderson, a distinguished author and senior lecturer of political economy at the University of Sydney, Australia answers questions about the Syrian crisis, the Axis of Resistance and the UN’s role is settling the conflicts in the Middle East. The following is the full text of the interview:
What would Syria look like if Iran hadn’t supported the Syrian people against Takfiri terrorists?
The resistance in Syria is due to its own unity and to its strong friends, and first amongst those friends is the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The relationship between Syria and Iran is remarkable in that both are such different nation-states, yet the bonds are close. Nothing has shaken that close relationship in the 37 years since the Iranian Revolution. Iran, as senior partner, does not try to dominate Syria in the manner of a western power; Iran’s respect for Syrian leadership of Syrian affairs is evident. Yet Iran’s support has been critical during the recent sustained attacks on Syria.
As an observer I am not privy to all the detail of agreements between the two countries, but I have seen evidence of the political, cultural, media, military training, advice, logistic and humanitarian support that Iran has provided Syria, in recent years.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has drawn attention to the fundamental importance of Iran, in the defence of Syria.
While the resistance of the Syrian people and the Syrian Army remains central, the support of Iran is a key to the survival of Syria as a nation, and to the fact that this nation has not disintegrated into the disastrous chaos we now see in Libya.
How do the Saudi and Israeli regimes benefit from the crisis in Syria?
The Saudis and Israel hope to benefit by breaking the central link in the Axis of Resistance, isolating Palestine and Hezbollah from Iran.
That is why they back all the sectarian mercenary groups, whatever their names. Unfortunately for them, and despite all the slaughter, they have helped drive Iraq into that same Axis of Resistance.
Turkish Prime Minister claimed “Turkey will not allow cooperation with terrorist organizations in Syria”; what’s your take on his remark?
This is simply double-speak. The current government of Turkey remains a key sponsor of the terrorism in both Syria and Iraq.
Russia helped expose that, particularly clearly, late last year, when they charted the DAESH oil traffic into Turkey, and the free flow of terrorists across the border into Syria. The world knows that the Erdogan government backs terrorists in Syria.
Western media insists on calling the war on Syria as ‘civil war’; would that be the right term to describe the situation in Syria? Why or why not?

The key forces against Syria since 2011 have been Washington and its regional allies, the Saudis, Qatar, Turkey and Israel, with support from some others including Jordan, Canada, the UK and France.
France has deployed Special Forces in northern Syria to advise the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF); what’s your take on that and how do you think the French government fuels the destabilization of Syria?
French special forces are only used in Syria because France seeks some influence in the political outcome in Syria, a move in breach of the Charter of the United Nations and specifically contrary to UNSC resolution 2254, which they pretended to support.
The aggression from France is particularly disgraceful, as it was Syria’s former colonial master. The whole world rejected colonialism, more than 50 years ago.
Much Syrian blood was shed to eject France from Syria, between the 1920 and the 1940s. But there is little sign of French contrition today.
Now, despite the cultural links and the ‘blow back’ terrorism that affects France, the French Government appears to share the western neo-colonial illusion that, if Syria cannot be overthrown, it might be partitioned.
How do you assess the role of United Nations and White Helmets in the Syrian crisis?
These are two distinct things.
The United Nations has been unable to prevent war (the main reason for its creation), indeed to prevent a series of wars of aggression, in the Middle East. This is because the imperial powers still dominate that body. The rise of ‘southern’ groups like BRICS has not yet been able to overcome that dominance.
International law is clear in support of Syrian sovereignty and against foreign aggression, but the Euro-American dominated UN has struggled to defend international law.
The ‘White Helmets’ are a Wall Street creation, funded and led by the US and the UK, to give ‘humanitarian’ cover to the al Qaeda groups they support.
This fake NGO participates directly in the sectarian terrorist campaigns, helping with the war propaganda that terrorist fighters are ‘civilians’, in an attempt to de-legitimize the resistance of the Syrian Army and its allies. This short video explains a lot about The White Helmets:
Why do you believe you have been removed as the keynote speaker in the upcoming Refugees conference?
I was invited to that conference in Greece specifically to talk about the links between the War on Syria and the refugee crisis in Europe.
However there was a campaign against me by British supporters of the NATO-backed fake ‘revolution’ in Syria.
These people back greater western military intervention in Syria; many call themselves ‘leftists’ and even ‘anti-imperialists’.
That well illustrates the level of confusion we have in western societies.
That pressure pushed the Greek organizers of the conference to ‘de-invite’ me as a keynote speaker, but they agreed I should present a paper at the conference.
This incident is a good example of how western debates over the war on Syria are constantly censored, blocked or limited.
We have a long way to go in decolonizing the western mind.

A day prior to the attack, Gulf-based Orient TV announced “Tomorrow we are launching a media campaign to cover the airstrikes on Hama country side including the usage of chemical warfare against civilians.” This shows clear foreknowledge that the rebels were going to stage an attack by Orient TV.
The White Helmets filmed much of the footage being released on the chemical attack. They have also been known to stage “rescue” videos in the past. However, this time it appears children were indeed killed in the making of this “media campaign.”
Several children appear in the videos suffocating from an unknown chemical substance, while others appear to have unexplained head injuries. It is known 250 people were kidnapped by Al-Qaeda last week from the nearby city of Hama, which is the same number as the current body count of wounded and killed civilians.
In another “coincidence,” a Pakistani British doctor who at the time of the attack was taking interview requests instead of helping the injured who were flooding in, and additionally received gas masks from a Britishorganization three days prior to the attack.
The doctor, Shajul Islam, is being used as a source by US and UK media, despite facing terror charges for kidnapping and torturing two British journalists in Syria and being struck off the medical register. The organization responsible for sending him equipment is under fire for using donations meant for refugees.
In another suspicious event, the White Helmets operating in the same quarry near the attack received sarin-protective respirator suits one month before the attack, even though the Syrian government no longer possesses sarin.
The al-Qaeda-linked rebels have claimed the chemical was sarin gas used by the Syrian government; however, the OPCW has confirmed Syria no longer has chemical weapons and completely dismantled their stockpiles in 2013.
In contrast, the rebels have not gotten rid of the chemical weapons at their disposal.
According to award winning journalist Seymour Hersch, intelligence reports show the rebels smuggled in chemical weapons from Libya through Turkey with the approval of Hillary Clinton.
In 2013, so-called moderate rebels had filmed themselves killing rabbits with gas and threatening to kill religious minorities. ISIS is also known to be in possession of chemical weapons having conducted attacks on Syrian forces in Deir Ezzor.
However weaponized, sarin would have killed or at least injured unprotected first responders. Sarin can be absorbed through skin and requires a full body suit; however, the White Helmets appeared to wear only masks and no gloves while they handled exposed victims. Others in the vicinity appear not to be wearing a mask at all and are yet unaffected.
Weaponized sarin is a Weapon of Mass Destruction (WMD) capable of killing thousands. If sarin was indeed used, it must have been a weak, non-weaponized form.
Unsurprisingly, the mainstream media and neo-con politicians have been quick to regurgitate the al-Qaeda-linked rebels version of the events before any investigation takes place.
Israeli President Benjamin Netanyahu was quick to lay blame on the Syrian government, as did Amnesty International. France called for a security council meeting over the incident.
Federica Mogherini, the Italian Representative of the European Union (EU), blamed Assad while UK’s Envoy to the United Nations, Matthew Rycroft, blamed both Russia and Syria.
In response to the allegations, the Syrian Military and the Russian Ministry of Defense denied any involvement in the attack.
NATO governments are unhappy with the Trump administration’s recent statements that they no longer see regime change in Syria as a priority. In response to this, British Prime Minister Theresa May made a statement that Britian was still fully committed to regime change in Syria. The UK and France may have seen a staged chemical attack as an opportunity to push Trump into war with Syria.
The chemical attack came at the same time as another media attack was occurring against the Syrian government, which claimed that Syrian hospitals were in fact secret torture “slaughterhouses.”
The last chemical attack false flag attack occurred in 2013, where the Syrian Army was accused of using the WMD on the same day the Syrian government had invited weapon inspectors into Damascus, which resulted in Syria giving up its chemical weapons.
In the near future neocons may accuse Syria of failing to give up all chemical weapons, in spite of assurances by the OPCW. This is what happened to Iraq in 2003, which was invaded despite surrendering their chemical weapons in the 1990s.
No one questions how the Syrian government could possible use a weapon it doesn’t have, nor what motive it could possibly possess.
For the moment however, the narrative being pushed by neo-cons is “Trump should do what Obama failed to do, bomb Syria for al-Qaeda” and it seems that narrative is winning.

El presidente de Siria, Bashar al Assad, ha concedido una entrevista al diario croata 'Večernji list', en la que advierte del alcance de la amenaza terrorista que se cierne sobre Europa. Según el mandatario, los terroristas con ciudadanía europea son más peligrosos que los de otros países, pero el problema en Siria es que los terroristas, en general, suman cientos de miles.
Los terroristas de procedencia europea "pueden ser más peligrosos porque conocen esta región con detalle", si bien actúan "acompañados por los terroristas de otros países" para llevar a cabo atentados en Europa, afirmó.
En concreto, Al Assad sijo que en Siria hay "al menos 100.000" terroristas, si no cientos de miles.
Según el mandatario, Siria no puede tener datos exactos sobre el movimiento de terroristas hacia o desde su territorio, ya que la frontera está controlada por Turquía, que -afirma- les ayuda en su traslado y les "crea todas las condiciones necesarias".
Antes de que estallara la guerra, Siria cooperaba en materia de lucha antiterrorista con países europeos, en particular con Francia, pero terminó, porque "no puede haber cooperación en materia de seguridad y hostilidad política a la vez", señaló Assad. Si esta cooperación continuara, se podría prevenir atentados en Europa, advirtió.
