The 34-year-old has developed a sizable bald patch since marrying Meghan Markle in May, and an expert has said he could consider getting a “hair transplant.”
The balding area has expanded since he tied the knot at Windsor Castle, and extends right down the back of his scalp.
Dr. Asim Shahmalak from Manchester’s Crown Clinicsaid: “There has been a significant acceleration of his baldness in the last year and Harry is now losing his hair as rapidly as his brother William. If he does not take action now, he faces suffering from advanced male pattern baldness like his brother in his forties and beyond. It is to Harry’s credit that he has not resorted to using hair thickeners or dying his hair darker. He clearly has a wife in Meghan who loves him no matter what the state of his hair. However, the only long-term solution to the hair loss that Prince Harry is suffering from is a hair transplant.”
Another hair loss expert has even claimed that Prince Harry may have “rushed into a marriage” with Markle due to “niggling insecurities” over his developing “hair loss.”
SpexHair, told the Sun Online: “I think young men may rush into marriages because they feel as though no one will be interested in them once their receding hairline worsens.”
He said of Harry: “He may be sixth in line to the British throne, but Prince Harry’s own receding crown of hair could very well have played into these same anxieties. He’s only human after all.
“To many, he was one of the most desirable bachelors in the world, but if he’d had a niggling insecurity like that which comes with hair loss, it could very well have influenced him to make a snap decision on marriage.
“When you consider his apparent Jack-the-Lad nature, and the fact that he’s constantly in the public eye, it’s probably safe to assume that he too could have been paranoid that his own thinning crown would make him less attractive — despite his wealth and status.”
Harry announced he was engaged to “Suits” actress Markle in November 2017, just a year after it emerged they were dating in late 2016.
Harry always loved mocking his brother for his hair loss, once quipping: “I think he definitely is brainier than I am, but we established that at school, along with his baldness.”
It’s not just Wills who lost his hair; the princes’ dad, Charles, and grandfather Philip were also blighted by baldness — and Harry has clearly inherited the gene too.

He told Fabulous Online: "With the recent announcement of an expected Royal Baby, Meghan-mania is here to stay.
"There has been a surge in demand for treatments to imitate the royal-mum-to-be, and we have seen increasing requests from women of all skin types for £200 semi-permanent ‘faux-freckle’ make-up and non-surgical liquid nose jobs to get her neat, button nose just right.
"With her movie star sharp facial contours and even complexion, we have also witnessed a boost in PDO thread lifts to sharpen the jaw-line, and platelet rich plasma (blood facial) to add lustre to the skin during the harsh winter months.

Many people request Kate Middleton's facial features to plastic surgeons, but Meghan Markle's are the top trend for 2019
"Whilst Kate's prim and proper look will always be popular, it's Meghan trans-Atlantic sass and elegance that looks to shape cosmetic trends for 2019.”
And the treatments certainly don't come cheap, and can cost upwards of £1,200 for the thread lifts and £450 per PRP facial.
Flawless teeth have always been something that we have envied stars for, and Meghan's gnashers and perfect Hollywood smile are highly-sought after.
Celebrity Dentist Dr Richard Marque said: “Meghan Markle smile is the new trend and is what many of my clients are often asking for.
“Meghan’s smile is beautifully white, her teeth are perfectly aligned, and their shape is just right in length and width."

Dr Marque predicts Meghan has had braces to tighten up any of her gaps, teeth-whitening or possibly veneers to get her Hollywood smile
He added that a round of braces or Invisalign could have tightened up any spaces, while a teeth-whitening treatment could have brightened her teeth.
Dr Marque continued: "The smile Meghan reveals now, is likely the product of a smile makeover consisting of porcelain veneers or Lumineers, and perhaps even a crown or two on her molars."
And it's not just with cosmetic surgery we have seen a boom in women desperate to emulate the duchess's style.

Meghan's perfectly groomed eyebrows have been the number one asked-for brow of 2019
Meanwhile brow expert Samantha Trace said: “Meghan Markle is no ordinary Royal and her perfectly groomed eyebrows have been the number one asked for brow of 2019.
“The Duchess of Sussex brows are inspired by Audrey Hepburn and have undergone a Royal transformation over the years to become the most in demand trend within salons!
“Her style is designed to keep the brows full and straight with the arch towards the end of the brows.”
She said Meghan’s neat shape lifts and opens her eyes, creating a natural look.
Samantha added: “We achieve this look for clients using a Microblading or Microfeathering technique used to apply realistic looking hairs into the skin giving a fuller brow.
“Treatments start from £350 and last 12-18 months with annual touch ups recommended.
“Coloured pigments are used to replicate the natural hair colour to give the soft, feathered look of Meghan’s brows.”

Royal enthusiasts are also keen to copy her make-up looks.
Award-winning make-up Artist Stacey Whittaker said: "Meghan Markle is definitely an icon in the beauty world at the moment and I am quite often asked to recreate her looks on my clients.
"I think her style feels wearable to people and because she is such a lovely and genuine character, people aspire to her in a sense and that translates into her style and beauty too.
"Meghan tends to focus her makeup around drawing attention to her best features such as her stunning eyes or lips and I think this is why her looks are always so popular.
"I have definitely noticed an increase in clients asking for makeup like Meghan’s or showing me recent pictures of her."
