Meanwhile, London-based jewelry designer Noor Fares presented her new line, Akasha, at Francesco Clemente’s studio in Manhattan. The collection itself was inspired by a trip to Myanmar, but the celebration radiated a clear sense of English refinement, along with subtle downtown vibes. Attendees, such as Giovanna Battaglia Engelbert, Claire Distenfeld, and Tatiana Santo Domingo, were treated to an afternoon tea with vegan bites by Jay Astafa, set to the tune of gong bath artist Jarrod Byrne from Brooklyn Healing Arts.
