Revealed: the £1bn of weapons flowing from Europe to Middle East

AK-47s, machine guns, explosives and more travel along new arms pipeline from Balkans to countries known to supply Syria

https://www.theguardian.com/world/2...-europe-middle-east-revealed-arms-trade-syria

Eastern European countries have approved the discreet sale of more than €1bn of weapons in the past four years to Middle Eastern countries that are known to ship arms to Syria, an investigation has found.
Thousands of assault rifles such as AK-47s, mortar shells, rocket launchers, anti-tank weapons and heavy machine guns are being routed through a new arms pipeline from the Balkans to the Arabian peninsula and countries bordering Syria.
The suspicion is that much of the weaponry is being sent into Syria, fuelling the five-year civil war, according to a team of reporters from the Balkan Investigative Reporting Network (BIRN) and the Organised Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP).
Arms export data, UN reports, plane tracking, and weapons contracts examined during a year-long investigation reveal how the munitions were sent east from Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia,
Czech Republic, Montenegro, Slovakia, Serbia and Romania.
Since the escalation of the Syrian conflict in 2012, the eight countries have approved €1.2bn (£1bn) of weapons and ammunition exports to Saudi Arabia, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates and Turkey – key arms markets for Syria and Yemen.
In the past, the region had virtually no track record of buying from central and eastern Europe. But purchases appear to be escalating, with some of the biggest deals approved in 2015.
Arms export licences were granted despite fears from experts and within governments that the weapons could end up with the Syrian armed opposition, arguably in breach of national, EU and other international agreements.

Eastern and central European weapons and ammunition, identified from videos and photos posted on social media, are now being used by western-backed Free Syrian Army units, but are also in the hands of fighters from Islamist groups such as Ansar al-Sham, the al Qaeda-affiliated Jabhat al-Nusra, Islamic State, factions fighting for the Syrian president, Bashar-al-Assad, and by Sunni forces in Yemen.
Markings on some of the ammunition identifying the origin and date of manufacture reveal significant quantities have come off production lines as recently as 2015.
Responding to the findings of the investigation, Patrick Wilcken, an arms control researcher at Amnesty International, and Bodil Valero, the European parliament’s rapporteur on arms, said at least some of the transfers probably breached EU, international and national laws on arms exports.
“The evidence points towards systematic diversion of weapons to armed groups accused of committing serious Human Rights Violations,” said Wilcken. “If this is the case, the transfers are illegal under … international law and should cease immediately.”

Origins of the trade route

The weapons pipeline opened in the winter of 2012, when dozens of cargo planes, loaded with Saudi-purchased Yugoslav-era weapons and ammunition, began leaving Zagreb bound for Jordan. Soon after, the first footage of Croatian weapons emerged from Syria.
Croatia’s government has consistently denied any part in shipping weapons to Syria, but Robert Stephen Ford, the US ambassador to Syria between 2011 and 2014, said Zagreb had concluded a deal in 2012 that the Saudis bankrolled.
This was just the beginning. Arms dealers in eastern Europe procured assets from their own countries and brokered the sale of ammunition from Ukraine and Belarus, even attempting to secure Soviet-made anti-tank systems bought from the UK.
Since 2012, BIRN and OCCRP say, €806m worth of weapons and ammunition exports were approved by the eastern European countries to Saudi Arabia, citing national and EU arms export reports and government sources.
Jordan secured €155m worth of export licences in this period, the investigators say, while the UAE acquired €135m and Turkey €87m, bringing the total for those four years to just under €1.2bn.
In a confidential document obtained by BIRN and OCCRP from November 2013, a senior official at Serbia’s defence ministry revealed concerns that deliveries to Saudi Arabia would be diverted to Syria.
Jeremy Binnie, the Middle East arms expert for the publication Jane’s Defence Weekly, said: “The militaries of Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and the UAE and Turkey use western infantry weapons and ammunition, rather than Soviet-designed counterparts. It consequently seems likely that large shipments of such materiel being acquired by – or sent to – those countries are destined for their allies in Syria, Yemen and Libya.”
The weapons are delivered by air and by sea. By tracking the movement of aircraft and ships, BIRN and OCCRP were able to follow the flow of arms in real time.
Detailed analysis of airport timetables, cargo carrier history, flight tracking data and air traffic control sources helped pinpoint almost 70 flights that very likely carried weapons to Middle Eastern conflicts in the past year.
Belgrade, Sofia and Bratislava emerged as the main hubs for the airlift. Serbia’s aviation authority confirmed that 49 of the flights were transporting weapons in a response to a freedom of information request.
EU flight statistics provide further evidence of the scale of the operation. They reveal that planes from Bulgaria and Slovakia have delivered thousands of tonnes of unidentified cargo since the summer of 2014 to the same military bases in Saudi Arabia and the UAE pinpointed by BIRN and OCCRP.
Arms bought by the Saudis, Turks, Jordanians and the UAE for Syria are routed through two secret command hubs – called military operation centres (MOCs) – in Jordan and Turkey, according to Ford.
The weapons are then transported by road to the Syrian border or airdropped by military planes. The Saudis are also known to have airdropped materiel, including what appeared to be Serbia-made assault rifles, to their allies in Yemen.
“Each of the countries involved in helping the armed opposition retained final decision-making authority about which groups in Syria received assistance,” Ford said.
The Saudis and Turks are also known to have provided weapons directly to Islamist groups not supported by the US and who, in some cases, are fighting MOC-backed factions.

Washington has also bought and delivered large quantities of military materiel from central and eastern Europe for the Syrian opposition in an attempt to counter the spread of Isis.

Since December 2015, three cargo ships commissioned by the US military’s Special Operations Command (Socom), in charge of the covert supply of weapons to Syria, have left Black Sea ports in the Balkans for the Middle East, according to American procurement documents and ship tracking data.
Some 4,700 tonnes of Warsaw Pact weaponry – including heavy machine guns, rocket launchers and anti-tank weapons, as well as bullets, mortars, grenades, rockets and other explosives – have been delivered from Bulgaria and Romania to military facilities in Jordan and Turkey, according to procurement documents and ship tracking data. The latest US-chartered ship left Bulgaria on 21 June carrying about 1,700 tonnes of the same materiel to an unidentified Red Sea port.
SOCOM said in a statement the “munitions are to support Special Operations and its missions worldwide.
“We will not confirm types of equipment which may be used for training and equipping partnered foreign forces in support of Special Operations missions.”
Two weeks after a March 2016 delivery, Kurdish groups published on Twitter and Facebook a photo of a warehouse piled with ammunition boxes in northern Syria, claiming to have received a supply of US-brokered weapons.

Reading the fine print
End-user certificates – official documents drawn up when receiving an export licence – issued by the Saudi defence ministry to a Serbian arms dealer, as well as a cache of contracts obtained by BIRN and OCCRP, revealed the scope of the buy-up for Syrian beneficiaries.
It ranged from hundreds of ageing T-55 and T-72 tanks to millions of rounds of ammunition, multi-launch missile systems and rocket launchers, although it is not clear what was delivered. Weapons and ammunition listed include materiel from the former Yugoslavia, Belarus, Ukraine and Czech Republic, much of which is present in large quantities in Syria.
An export licence issued to a Slovakian company in January 2015 granted it the right to transport thousands of rocket-propelled grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and almost a million bullets worth €32m. The materiel was, again, produced across eastern Europe.
The Serbian prime minister, Aleksandar Vučić, said at a press conference in June that his country could increase production fivefold and still not meet the demand for arms. “Unfortunately in some parts of the world they are at war more than ever and everything you produce, on any side of the world you can sell it,” he said.

Secrecy surrounding arms deals and a dearth of publicly available data means that the exact items being delivered to the Middle East are often unknown, but evidence collected, including UN and national arms export reports and weapons contracts, reveals that much of it is Cold War-era weaponry not in use by the militaries of Saudi Arabia, Jordan, UAE or Turkey.
BIRN and OCCRP’s analysis of social media shows Czechoslovak, Yugoslav, Serbian, Croatian and Bulgarian weapons being used in training and on the battlefields of Syria, Yemen and Libya.
A Free Syrian Army commander from Aleppo, who asked to remain anonymous to protect his safety, told BIRN and OCCRP that weapons from central and eastern Europe were distributed from centrally controlled headquarters. “We don’t care about the country of the origin we just know it is from eastern Europe,” he said.
He said groups fighting pro-Assad forces rather than Isis were struggling to access arms. “If you say that you are fighting Isis you will get whatever you want but if you say that you are fighting against the regime no one cares about you.”
Arms trade experts have told BIRN and OCCRP that sales of weapons to Saudi Arabia and other countries supplying Syrian rebels are likely to be in breach of national and EU law, as well as the international Arms Trade Treaty. But no clear sanctions mechanism exists to punish countries that do not meet these legally binding agreements.
Valero told BIRN and OCCRP that countries exporting weapons to Saudi Arabia from eastern Europe should feel ashamed.
She said EU member states – such as Czech Republic, Slovakia,
Bulgaria, Romania and Croatia – are bound by the union’s common position on arms exports, while candidate countries also must align with the rules. This requires governments to carry out risk assessments on the likelihood of weapons being diverted to conflict zones and non-state actors.

“Countries selling arms to Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region are not carrying out good risk assessments and as a result are in breach of EU and national law,” she said. “I think these countries could be taken to the European Court of Justice.”
Darko Kihalic, the head of the Croatia’s arms licensing department at the Ministry of Economy, told BIRN and OCCRP that Zagreb follows the legally binding EU Common Position on arms exports and other international treaties.
Kihalic dismissed media reports that showed Croatian weapons were ending up in war zones saying it did not constitute proof. But asked whether he was aware that Croatian weapons bought by Saudi Arabia were turning up in Syria, he said: “There is nothing more for us to check as the document says that their ministry of defence or police forces will use it [the weapon] and that they won’t resell it or export it.”

Saudi Arabia is not a “blacklisted” country, he said. “Are there misuses? There probably are.”

Valero and Wilcken, from Amnesty International, strongly opposed this view.

All these states do have clear, legally binding responsibilities to stop the transfer of arms where there is a risk that they will be used for serious violations of international human rights and humanitarian law, and to take mitigating measures to prevent diversion to unauthorised end users,” said Wilcken.

In March, the Netherlands became the first EU country to stop arms exports to Saudi Arabia, citing mass execution and civilian deaths in Yemen.

New ISIS Military Commander Was Trained by State Department as Recently as 2014

New-ISIS-commander-Gulmorad-Halimov-trained-by-state-department.sized-770x415xt.jpg

Gulmurod Khalimov, the new ISIS military commander whom the U.S. just days ago announced a $3 million bounty for, was trained by the State Department in an anti-terror program as recently as 2014 while serving in the security service of Tajikistan.

He replaces former ISIS commander Tarkhan Batirashvili, aka Umar al-Shishani, who was also trained by the United States as part of the Georgian army and who ISIS claimed was killed fighting in Iraq this past July.

The State Department confirmed Khalimov's U.S.-provided training to CNN in May 2015:

"From 2003-2014 Colonel Khalimov participated in five counterterrorism training courses in the United States and in Tajikistan, through the Department of State's Diplomatic Security/Anti-Terrorism Assistance program," said spokeswoman Pooja Jhunjhunwala.

The program is intended to train candidates from participating countries in the latest counterterrorism tactics, so they can fight the very kind of militants that Khalimov has now joined.

A State Department official said Khalimov was trained in crisis response, tactical management of special events, tactical leadership training and related issues.

Unironically, the State Department spokeswoman said that Khalimov had been appropriately vetted:

"All appropriate Leahy vetting was undertaken in advance of this training," said spokeswoman Jhunjhunwala.

At that time, Khalimov appeared in a video threatening the United States:

"Listen, you American pigs: I've been to America three times. I saw how you train soldiers to kill Muslims," he says.
Then, he threatens, "we will find your towns, we will come to your homes, and we will kill you."

Khalimov and Batirashvili are hardly the first terrorist leaders operating in Syria to have been trained by the United States."

US in Syria: How to Build a Terror-State

http://journal-neo.org/2016/09/28/us-in-syria-how-to-build-a-terror-state/

A nation is its institutions, and should those institutions weaken, the nation itself will be weakened. And should those institutions be destroyed, the nation, for all intents and purposes, will also be destroyed.

A dramatic example of how to destroy a nation unfolded in 2003 in Iraq as a US led axis invaded and occupied it, intentionally targeting and destroying Iraqi institutions and essential infrastructure, including the police, military, and the government as well as bridges, electricity, and communications.

In the ruins left in the wake of the US-led invasion, through the “Coalition Provisional Authority,” US and European corporations were invited in to not only rebuild these institutions and infrastructure, but to do so in a manner making them dependent on and profitable to US-European corporate-financier interests well into the foreseeable future.

The West’s vast influence in Iraq today is owed to this process. While it is likely the West envisioned a client state far more obedient and subservient to Western interests than Iraq is today, the complicity it does receive across Iraq and even across the wider region, is vastly greater than before the 2003 invasion.

The US State Department through the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) continue to undermine local, independent institutions and infrastructure in favor of US-funded and directed institutions as well as US-controlled infrastructure. It is the mechanics of modern day empire.

While Iraq is an extreme example of just how far and overt this process can be, the United States is repeating this same process the world over through direct and indirect military operations or more subtly through the use of nongovernmental organizations (NGOs).

America’s Burgeoning Terror-State in the Levant
In Syria, the United States has engineered and perpetuated a proxy war against the government in Damascus and its Russian and Iranian allies beginning in 2011. Before even the armed conflict began in 2011, the United States admittedly poured resources into opposition groups including the Muslim Brotherhood to prepare the ground for violent subversion. In 2007, Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Seymour Hersh would write in his 9-page report, “The Redirection: Is the Administration’s new policy benefitting our enemies in the war on terrorism?” that:
To undermine Iran, which is predominantly Shiite, the Bush Administration has decided, in effect, to reconfigure its priorities in the Middle East. In Lebanon, the Administration has coöperated with Saudi Arabia’s government, which is Sunni, in clandestine operations that are intended to weaken Hezbollah, the Shiite organization that is backed by Iran. The U.S. has also taken part in clandestine operations aimed at Iran and its ally Syria. A by-product of these activities has been the bolstering of Sunni extremist groups that espouse a militant vision of Islam and are hostile to America and sympathetic to Al Qaeda.

Hersh’s now prophetic report would also reveal US support for the Muslim Brotherhood:

There is evidence that the Administration’s redirection strategy has already benefitted the Brotherhood. The Syrian National Salvation Front is a coalition of opposition groups whose principal members are a faction led by Abdul Halim Khaddam, a former Syrian Vice-President who defected in 2005, and the Brotherhood. A former high-ranking C.I.A. officer told me, “The Americans have provided both political and financial support. The Saudis are taking the lead with financial support, but there is American involvement.”

The US, through backing a large, alternative political front, was already well on its way in 2007 toward creating a parallel state within Syria to eventually undermine and overthrow before eventually absorbing the Syrian nation.

As hostilities began, the US augmented its proxy political party with both opposition media fronts and armed militant groups – essentially the creation of mass media and an army for its growing parallel terror state.

The New York Times in 2013 would admit in an article titled, “Arms Airlift to Syria Rebels Expands, With Aid From C.I.A.,” that:

With help from the C.I.A., Arab governments and Turkey have sharply increased their military aid to Syria’s opposition fighters in recent months, expanding a secret airlift of arms and equipment for the uprising against President Bashar al-Assad, according to air traffic data, interviews with officials in several countries and the accounts of rebel commanders.

As the war has continued on, the United States and its Arab and European allies have steadily built other institutions to augment the political, military, and media capabilities of this burgeoning terror-state, including hospitals operated in Al Qaeda-held territory by Western NGOs, and of course the so-called “White Helmets,” described on their own website as:

The volunteers save people on all sides of the conflict – pledging commitment to the principles of “Humanity, Solidarity, Impartiality” as outlined by the International Civil Defence Organisation. This pledge guides every response, every action, every life saved – so that in a time of destruction, all Syrians have the hope of a lifeline.

In reality, the “White Helmets” operate solely in terrorist-held territory, as the nation of Syria already has an effective, professional, and well organized civil defense organization. The “White Helmets” appear to be “targeted intentionally” because they are operating side-by-side designated terrorist organizations including Al Nusra, quite literally Al Qaeda in Syria.

In one graphic instance (GRAPHIC VIDEO), these “White Helmet” Al Qaeda auxiliaries can be seen literally standing by as Al Nusra terrorists execute a prisoner, before rushing in to remove the body. Had Syrian or Russian warplanes struck these terrorists in the midst of carrying out war crimes, these “White Helmets” would have rightfully been liquidated side-by-side the terrorists they were aiding and abetting.

Despite the “White Helmets” severing quite literally as Al Qaeda auxiliaries, the US through USAID and more recently, the German government, have provided the faux-NGO millions in funding.

US State Department Deputy Spokesperson Mark Toner in April 2016, according to a US State Department official transcript, would admit:

Well, I can tell you that we provide, through USAID, about $23 million in assistance to them [the “White Helmets”].

Toner was responding to queries by journalists regarding why a US-funded organization was receiving millions of dollars in assistance, but whose leader is banned from traveling to the United States. Toner attempted to claim the situation was “complicated,” but in reality, it is a simple matter of the US once again arming and funding terrorists abroad while simultaneously attempting to pose as fighting them back home.

More recently, AP would report in an article titled, “Germany ups financial support for Syria’s White Helmets,” that:

Germany’s Foreign Ministry says it is increasing financial support for the Syria Civil Defense group, also known as the White Helmets.

The ministry said in a statement Friday that it has raised its funding for the group this year from 5 million euros ($5.61 million) to 7 million euros ($7.85 million).

With a sectarian extremist political party like the Muslim Brotherhood, an armed force comprised of Al Qaeda and other extremist groups, and an array of complicit alleged NGOs including the “White Helmets,” the US and its allies have attempted to create a parallel state within Syria – a parallel state it hopes will eventually inherit the entirety of Syria’s territory, just as violent sectarian terrorist factions have assumed control over Libya – deconstructing it as a functioning nation state and plunging its people into open-ended, perpetual catastrophe that is reverberating across the planet in the form of terrorism and migrant crises.

The US and its partners are posing as fighting against terrorism, while carving out entire nations for Al Qaeda and its affiliates everywhere from the North African nation of Libya, to the ‎Levantine nation of Syria. It is a foreign policy in reality that cannot be sustained with the unraveling rhetoric used to promote and perpetuate it on the global stage, particularly in front of the UN.

‘US knows weapons sent to Syrian rebels end up with terrorists’ – German journo to RT

The CIA has been coordinating weapon deliveries on the Turkey-Syria border, German journalist Jurgen Todenhofer, who recently spoke with a Jabhat al-Nusra commander, told RT. He added that the US knows that the weapons it delivers to rebels end up with terrorists.
“This is a game everybody knows. It’s very clear that the Americans know that their weapons will in the end be in the hands of terrorists,” Todenhofer said speaking to RT.

“The CIA was coordinating the weapons’ delivery from Turkey and they brought the weapons to the border… These weapons were taken by terrorist groups, Al-Qaeda, Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL). This is well-known.”

This is neither a mistake nor a case of negligence, Todenhofer believes, despite some opinions suggesting that American weapons could have accidentally fallen into the hands of terrorists.

As the saying goes, “In conflict, truth is the first casualty.”

We have once again witnessed some dangerous geopolitical events taking place in the most engulfed part of the Middle East called Syria. I would like to start with the bombing of the so-called “UN Syrian convoy” that Washington is now charging Moscow of having committed.

A few days prior, US Air Force bombed and killed 62 Syrian Arab Republic soldiers, along with injuring over a 100 more. Mind you, these are the official soldiers of the currently legitimate government of Syria, aka the Arab Syrian Republic. As it turned out, this was a disastrous public relations mess for Washington, but as usual, one that was conveniently brushed under the carpet (AGAIN) by the Western media who are experts at distraction, distortions, and deception.

Later on, Washington not only acknowledged that its warplanes had carried out that airstrike in Syria that resulted in the death and injury of close to 200 Syrian government troops, which in-and-out-of-itself is a clear violation of the last remnants international law, but that the pilots involved in the attack [in the eastern province of Deir al-Zour] actually believed they were targeting ISIS. As if not embarrassing enough, it now appears that Washington is hiding behind incompetency and that incompetency is now the norm, not the exception.

I, however, believe that such explanations are nothing short of a red herring. We have ample reason to believe those US Air Force pilots were instructed to do exactly what they carried. No error was made, contrary to Washington’s claim, and that the murder of those 62 Syrian soldiers (of whatever tactical military importance they were) was mission accomplished. This, of course, could never be officially admitted. And as for the rest, it was nothing but diplomatic politicking!

Not long after, we had this tragedy – or better put, travesty – with the so-called “UN Syrian Aid Convoy” which was supposedly destined for the entrapped “people of Aleppo”. The undiplomatic tit-for-tat game triggered Washington to accuse the Russian Air Force to have carried the deed.

Again, truth is the first casualty in times of conflicts. As such, this requires us to analyze both incidents very objectively, scientifically, and even cynically – especially from a psychological warfare perspective which is Western media perception management and propaganda.

I don't believe either of these two incidents was accidental or unplanned, in fact quite the contrary. Since Washington and NATO are clearly seeing themselves as losing this conflict, they are acting more connivingly and more desperately. Up to now, they have been covertly supporting these ISIS and Al-Nustra savages. But now they have officially becoming ISIS and Al-Nusra’s Air Forces even though with elaborate disguising shenanigans. Mind you, the Al-Nustra savages are what Washington has been calling, “the moderate opposition” for a while now. These are the same Wahhabi thugs that dragged the lifeless body of a female Russian humanitarian helicopter pilot, simply known as Natasha in social media circles, several months ago in the dusty streets of Idlib in northwestern Syria.

But make no mistake. There is no overall convergence within Pentagon when it comes to these complex, covert policies carried through by Black Ops. We have first-hand knowledge that there are extremely infuriated top brass, rank-and-file within the highest echelons of power at the Pentagon who are disgusted [even to the point of mutiny] about this new role that the US Air Force is now being forced to play. Because of the utterly failed policies of this administration, there is a general Obama fatigue at the Pentagon and the mere thought of an Obama regime continuation via Hillary Clinton is quite irritating to many true patriotic Americans serving their country.

Back to what really took place with that so-called “UN Syrian convoy”, Washington claims the deed was done by the Russian Air Force because they did not want this “help” to get to Aleppo since it still somewhat of a terrorist haven. Nothing could be further from the truth in more way than one!

From what we have deciphered from our intelligent sources, this convoy was never meant to go to the destitute and war-town civilians of Aleppo anyway. These poor souls have become the unfortunate collateral casualties of this horrible soon-to-become six year old criminal conflict in Syria. We are told this convoy was supposed to go straight to ISIS as well as Al-Nusra [which of course is Al-Qaeda 2.0] as well as the FSA defectors, the so-called “Free Syrian Army” which has become quite impotent and sidelined these days. This “aid convoy” was supposed to go to these Jihadi anarchists. It is still unclear what kind of weaponry and military aid was packed in that procession. We are also told the Russians received intelligence from on-the-ground Iranian military attaches about the true nature and intent of this convoy. But ironically it was the Washington and NATO backed ISIS jihadists who attacked this convoy as new evidence (definitive video proof, as in, live Russian drone footage) now clearly demonstrates.

Naturally, Washington may contend this is tampered evidence. But our intelligent sources argue that Washington ordered its ISIS and Al-Nusra proxies to attack the convoy in order to cover up and destroy the evidence of the exact content of what was in the convoy. Keep in mind the timing of this covert operation: An attack on a “UN humanitarian convoy” exactly at the time of the UN summit, a conveniently timed distraction away from Washington’s attack on a sovereign nation of Syria, or at least what used to be the sovereign nation of Syria. As usual, Russia and Syria were quickly blamed in the controlled Western media without any evidence and proof whatsoever.

Although US Secretary of State John Kerry insisted that an agreement was reached with Russia beforehand to let this convoy go through because of the supposed ceasefire, yet in reality the very nature of the ceasefire was violated by using the ceasefire lag time to send supplies to Washington and NATO backed ISIS Jihadists.

Washington, on the other hand, contends that once the Russians realized [vis-à-vis their Iranian and Syrian allies] that this was not just a regular aid convoy, they decided to make a tactical decision and take it out. In other words, putting the blame squarely on Russia while in essence it was the Jihadists all along who did the deed. All the farce that we witnessed at the emergency meeting of the UN Security Council was nothing but theatrics between Secretary Kerry and Foreign Minister Lavrov, with Mr. Kerry clearly as the wining lead actor for an Oscar Award performance.

Nevertheless, the question remains: Can there ever be a diplomatic resolution to this horrible war that is now entering its sixth year? My analytical answer to this question is this: I don't believe Washington and NATO ever wanted [or would want] a peaceful solution. The ultimate goal of NATO has been to spread maximum chaos and anarchy, much in the same manner as in Iraq since 2003 and then in Libya since 2011. They were so emboldened after their successful crimes in Libya that they decided to export this savagery to Syria literally in the same year – the now infamous year of 2011. These were all part of their contrived and imposed doom-and-gloom 2012 evil prophecies. You have to keep in mind that these people are part of a pure Luciferaian death cult, a cult that creates contrived chaos in order to solicit and manufacture consent in order to implement its so-called “solutions”. In other words, Ordo ab Chao which is the slogan of the 33rd degree Freemasonry – meaning “order out of chaos” – their “order” out of their own chaos! That well pre-planned Ordo ab Chao strategy has now been clearly delayed, thanks to NAM (the Non-Aligned Movement) spearheaded by Russia, Iran, and Syria along with their Iraqi and Lebanese regional allies.

The definition of insanity, Albert Einstein taught us, is repeating the same action but expecting a different outcome. It would be pure irrational naiveté (at best) to still assume Washington and NATO also seek a political solution, no matter how much the Russians and Iranians would solicit for some kind of a political settlement to this crisis. And if Secretary Clinton gets into office which morbidly seems likely, you can bet to expect the same kind of shenanigans that the Obama Administration has been carrying on for the past eight years.

I think Washington and NATO have clearly and consistently demonstrated, especially in the last bombing of the Syrian soldiers, that they are least interested in peace. They absurdly believe that the prolonging of this bloody war in Syria [which is already spilling across the Middle East via geo-sectarianism] is somehow in their advantage which by the way I don't see how, other than the fact that by blaming it on some technical pilot error is buying them more time (as has been the exact policy all along), at the expense of hundreds of thousands of dead Syrians and millions of impoverished refugees across the Middle East (in Turkey and Jordan in particular) as well as throughout Europe.

I think the Russians and the Iranians have been too patient and accommodating in this conflict than they should be, not that triggering World War III should EVER become an option for Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) nations. Clearly, we should never play into the hand of the death cult, Illuminati, Freemasonic power structure. It is them with a blood lust to trigger World War III. Not only has it become crystal clear to the awake and alert masses of the world that Washington and NATO do not want a political settlement, but that they have become shamelessly emboldened to continue their diabolic regime change policies. The overthrow of President Bashar Al-Assad’s government (at any cost) has become a last ditch effort in the continuation of this illegal and failed policy which of course goes against every international law. Make no mistake. This does not imply whatsoever that Bashar Assad or Saddam Hussein or Moammar Gadhafi, et al. were “the good guys” or even benevolent dictators. Nobody in their right mind could defend their brutal and heavy-handed methodologies. These were ruthless despots. But that does not warrant the West’s idiotic adventurisms in the Middle East which have clearly proved to be EXPONENTIALLY more genocidal than anything those petty dictators ever mustered. This is an undisputed fact. Any other argument would be pathetically delusional and ignorantly invalid.

A recent precedent to such illegal, Washington and NATO-imposed regime change (all under the disguise of “human rights” or “democracy” or exaggerated charges of genocide) goes back to the early 1990s when NATO attacked and overthrew Slobodan Milošević, the Yugoslav and Serbian President of Serbia from 1989 to 1997 and President of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia from 1997 to 2000, again not a saint of any sort. I must vehemently emphasize that. The 1990s multi-phased NATO military operations against the already-disintegrating Yugoslavia set a very dangerous and reckless precedent that set the course of behavior which we are still suffering from, this time the balkanization project of Syria which is just a small step in the grand balkanization and the remapping of the entire Middle East vis-à-vis The Bernard Lewis Plan which in essence aims to not just set the Middle East aflame but the entire world!

At any rate, it has become quite self-evident that Washington and NATO are on what seems like a never-ending binge of regime change delusions, not just in Middle East but as we have seen in Ukraine, Venezuela, and even the powerful BRICS nation of Brazil, by using the pretexts of human rights, democracy, fiscal and political corruption, etc. – all of which we are desperately lacking here in the United States.

In Middle East, their evil flagship experiment has been successful in countries like Iraq, Libya, Syria, and Yemen. But in Syria, due to Russia and Iran’s strong stances – if it continues to be implemented responsibly – this could result into a major ideological [and military] defeat for the West in creating and spreading their viral chaos and anarchy. What becomes of Syria, albeit already decimated, is absolutely crucial. That is why Washington is dead set against any political resolution there, because such consensus would be an admittance of their failed policies going all the way back to the 1990s in Yugoslavia and the demolition of their carefully scrutinized Middle East remapping project.

The ISIS/ Al-Nusra attack on the Syrian UN convoy (which intelligent sources now believe was a convoy to Al-Nusra-ISIS coalition ironically destroyed at the hands of the same Wahhabi savages) exemplify the complex treachery of war in general, especially in such a young and vibrant human resource and rich natural resource region such as the Middle East.

Never has it been more crucial and necessary for the Ordo ab Chao death cult to be embarrassingly defeated as it should be in the Middle East – the epicenter and their diabolic testing ground for the eventual enslavement of humanity. If such defeat doesn’t happen, no one would be safe and this evil and hegemonic agenda of brutal and bloody regime change would only go on-and-on to the point of viral non-containment. If that ever happens, we would then arrive at the wide-open gates of hell, as in a precipice to World War III and the definitive obliteration of the human race as we know it.

How the Pentagon paid a British PR firm
$500 million for top secret Iraq propaganda

....
"The third and most sensitive programme described by Wells was the production of fake al Qaeda propaganda films. He told the Bureau how the videos were made. He was given precise instructions: “We need to make this style of video and we’ve got to use al Qaeda’s footage,” he was told. “We need it to be 10 minutes long, and it needs to be in this file format, and we need to encode it in this manner.”

US marines would take the CDs on patrol and drop them in the chaos when they raided targets. Wells said: “If they’re raiding a house and they’re going to make a mess of it looking for stuff anyway, they’d just drop an odd CD there.”
