JEDDAH: Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah received the newly appointed Interior Minister Prince Muhammad bin Naif at his palace and wished him every success in his new career, the Saudi Press Agency said.
Prince Muhammad, who replaces Prince Ahmed, took oath of office in front of the king. The minister thanked King Abdullah for the appointment and prayed to the Almighty to help him rise up to the king’s expectations.

The ceremony was attended by Prince Bandar bin Sultan, chief of intelligence and secretary-general of the National Security Council, and Prince Miteb bin Abdullah, state minister and commander of the National Guard.

JEDDAH: Custodio de las Dos Mezquitas Sagradas, el Rey Abdullah recibió el recién nombrado ministro del Interior, príncipe Naif bin Muhammad en su palacio y le deseó éxito en su nueva carrera, la Agencia de Prensa Saudita dijo.
Príncipe Muhammad, quien reemplaza príncipe Ahmed, tomó posesión de su cargo ante el rey. El ministro agradeció el rey Abdullah para el nombramiento y rogó al Todopoderoso que le ayudara a levantarse a las expectativas del rey.

La ceremonia contó con la presencia del príncipe Bandar bin Sultan, jefe de la inteligencia y el secretario general del Consejo Nacional de Seguridad, y el príncipe Miteb bin Abdullah, ministro de Estado y comandante de la Guardia Nacional.
